Let me state for the record

I need to clarify...what is Ca' Bondi? Ca' Bondi is a very very rustic house that my grandparents bought in the 60s. It was already named at the time of purchase. When it was bought, it could actually have been considered a ruin. We own the right half. The left half was bought by a couple that was friends with my grandparents. Together, they worked to restore it and separate it. Since my grandparents passed away, the other half has changed hands a few times. It now has bran new owners which we have met in the last few days, they are a very nice, unmarried couple. It seems the "living together" trend has hit Italy and as my father puts it, "no one wants to get married anymore". There you have it. Here is a nice shot that I took from the gate.
